7. Living in the here and now.

Living in the here and now is easier for me when I have things to look forward to, I call it perspective. Prioritizing helps me determine where I spend my energy. - First and foremost are my children, grandchildren and friends.
My activities in Finland, my website and basketball players.
Table tennis as a hobby, physical therapy and outside coaching.
Possibly I will have the opportunity to go with a guest lecturer (e.g. MBO) as an expert by experience. The goal of the guest lecturer is to raise awareness about the topic of NAH.
Refereeing a soccer game.
I am mostly working on my fitness and strength. Also want to make my days a little longer and especially an activity in the evening. Am also working hard with my memory and am resurfacing the knowledge I have so I can resume my work, among other things. I do this mainly by interacting with people a lot.
As support, I focus on the following:
Be grateful and enjoy
Do something new, step out of your comfort zone
Focus on what you are doing now
Create positive people around you
Listen to your body.
Gratitude I found difficult in the beginning. Frustration, sadness and anger prevailed. A conversation with the neuro-nurse helped me with this. She indicated that people who are grateful are less prone to depression. I thanked her and said this is the key for me to move forward.
