Evaluation, January 2025

Evaluation with my outpatient supervisor in early January 2025.
Taking initiative, adequate.
Stimulus sensitivity, variable. It makes a difference if I know what is coming.
Memory, variable. Sometimes it takes me hours to come up with something, e.g. a name. Just don't know if this also has to do with age because I used to suffer from that more often.
Orientation, is a thing. For example, when I walk with my son in Amsterdam, I want him to point out in advance which way we are going at an intersection.
Concentration, I find that hard to say.
Planning and organizing, a tricky one. More than before, I am uncertain about time pressure.
Oversight is similar to what I mentioned at orientation.
Load capacity, I am discovering every time. I notice that with this I am not going on safe or trying to stay within the lines. I am pushing my limit in this way.
Mood, is generally grateful, satisfied and happy.
Thinking speed is improving, I still have trouble combining things.
Communication, I am uncertain about. When talking I find it difficult to look at someone. This has to do with the fact that while talking I am interpreting someone's facial expression. This is still too much to do along with talking. In addition, it also happens that I know things, but cannot pronounce it so quickly.
