Responsible situation.
Picture this: You work as an intern with children ages 2 through 10.
It does not matter whether it is an activity center, daycare or residential setting.
What is important is that you can make a representation of the situation.
We are talking about Gerda, a seven-year-old girl.
Gerda suffers from epileptic seizures and during a meeting you attended it was agreed that someone should always stay with her when she takes a bath. The chance of her having a seizure in the bath is present.
On that day you work together with a colleague who is qualified and he asks you if you want to give Gerda a bath. You agree and say that you are aware of the agreement made in the team. At the moment you are in the bathroom with Gerda, there is a big argument in the hallway between two children from the group.
You go there for 2 minutes at most and solve the argument just fine.
Back in the bathroom you see to your horror that Gerda has had a seizure and has submerged, with all the sad consequences.
