Using drugs.

Imagine this: You work in a community center.
By sheer coincidence, you discover that one of the youths; Dennis, has been using drugs in the community center, even though there is a clear rule that this is not allowed.
A young person who breaks the rule may be denied further access ".

What do you do:
~ You tell your colleagues with the possible result that all the young people will be angry with you
because you ratted out Dennis.
~ You keep quiet.
~ You look for a middle ground (what does it look like).
