The relocation.

You are going to move from your parental home to an apartment.
You have a week, you may decide when you start and how you deal with the weekend.

Brief description of the apartment:
There is a living room of 4 by 5 meters.
The bedroom is 3 by 4 meters.
There is a shower/toilet [little old and dirty, seat really need replacing and the shower splashes].
There is a hallway.
It looks worn out and the carpet is old, dirty and smells.
There is one light bulb left hanging, but it doesn't work.
The wallpaper is yellowed and has been there for at least 15 years.

Additional information:
You have €2500 to spend and you may borrow €2500.
You can bring your bed, a closet and some chairs from your parents' house.
Your friends are really clumsy, but in the evening they want to help you.
Your mother can do it during the day, but she interferes with everything [well-meaning, but she sees it all a little differently than you].
Your father can go in the evening and wants to take 1 day off for you.
You yourself have 3 moving days off [you have to work 2 days].
Your uncle is a painter and wants to come and paint on Tuesday night and Thursday night.

Points of interest:
What do you pay attention to when choosing your resources?

Task, reward, motivation.
What do you pay attention to in the method?
Work consultation? Time allocation, how long do you go on?
Environmentally friendly site? Safety?
