Mother's day.
It is approaching Mother's Day. The teacher and you (teaching assistant) think it would be a nice idea if the children of your Group 3 made a beautiful flower and a verse for the mothers.
The teacher asks you to work it out further. You have done this and you would like to discuss it with the teacher, but somehow you haven't been able to make an appointment for a few days.
Finally the teacher says she will leave it up to you.
Full of enthusiasm you start working with the children.
You notice that the teacher is making comments about the children's performance all the time.
Sometimes the teacher even intervenes and makes the flowers more beautiful for the children.
Meanwhile, you feel embarrassed and increasingly insecure, but above all angry.
Surely it is about the intention and not the result.
