Dream of Herman.

Herman is a five year old boy, he is always fantasizing about his girlfriend. When he gets up, he is often wet and then talks enthusiastically about the nice things he has done with Saskia his girlfriend.
Last night he dreamt that they went swimming. That wetness is logical. You as a caregiver understand this perfectly. The other children in the group do not. Every morning he stinks and especially Jeroen, who is 14 years old, is fed up with it.

Jeroen feels that he can no longer live in such a group where there are also small children and would much rather have a group with boys with whom he can play soccer. He expresses this and makes no secret of it. All in all the atmosphere is pretty much ruined by this and Herman draws the short straw. The team leader decides that Herman should be transferred so that the atmosphere in the group clears up.
Now it so happens that Herman's father recently told you that he is so satisfied with his child's care and that he thinks good progress has already been made.
