You are working at a day care center for children with intellectual disabilities. One day Karel's [a 12-year-old] mother comes up to you and asks to speak to you. She has a problem and would like some advice from you.
She tells you that she has found Karel masturbating several times.
She doesn't know what to do about this.
She can't talk to her husband about these things.
The mother asks you how she should handle this "problem".
